Solidarity Books | Cinema Night: ‘Portrait of Jason’

Cinema Night: ‘Portrait of Jason’

Join us this Wednesday 31st October 8pm for a showing of ‘Portrait of Jason’

Film description follows:

“ Interview with Jason Holliday aka Aaron Payne, house boy, would be cabaret performer, and self proclaimed hustler giving one man’s gin-soaked pill-popped, view of what it was like to be coloured and gay in 1960’s America” from IMDB Your man is absolutely hilarious, I was in stitches for the majority of it. And apparently Ingmar Bergman said it was “the most fascinating film he’d ever seen”, which you can’t really top as a recommendation.”

Start time is 8pm.

All welcome, entry is Free and donations are appreciated.
