Just a reminder that this Sunday, 29th April at 12 pm, Cork Humanists will be hosting a Ritual Making Workshop for those interested in creating their own personalised secular alternative to religious holiday rituals. This event will be ideal for both families and individuals alike.
The afternoon will include a history of ceremony and ritual and a workshop on making your own rituals in the home. The workshop will be facilitated by Annie Hoey. Annie has a degree in Drama and Theatre studies and a postgraduate in Studies of World Religions. Annie is currently completing further research into the area of signifying objects in theatre and has done extensive work on the history and art of ritual making.
The meeting will be held in the Quay Co-Op meeting room on Cove Street (click here for map). As always Cork Humanists events are free to attend but we do appreciate small donations to cover running cost and rent of the room.

Looking forward to seeing you all there.
